Here we are, tasting number 50. In true Affordable Collector practice, we are tasting wines from a region that doesn’t get much attention, though it does produce over 50 million cases a wine each year. Located in Southern France along the Mediterranean Sea, this region focuses in on Rhone Valley varietals, Grenache, Syrah, Carignane, Mourvedre, Marsanne, Roussanne and Grenache Blanc.
